Periquin Strategy was brought in by Explore Communications to develop brand positioning and a strategic marketing plan. Research included reviewing stacks of medical journals and popular press articles, plus interviewing doctors, patients and patient care advocates. Brainstorming added new ideas to the mix. We proposed a clear target market definition, brand positioning and strategic marketing recommendations. Our work provided the basis for an evolving strategic partnership between the two medical leaders.
