How does a marketing specialty firm market itself? Condit understood that its field was crowded and undifferentiated, and that if a firm actively markets itself to VPs of Marketing, it must do it well. Periquin Strategy led an ideation session to broaden our possible brand directions, and then attended industry tradeshows, met in coffee shops and office warehouses and chatted on the phone with decision makers in focused industries to filter these down and to add actionable insights. We found a hunger for smart brand positioning, and the unexpected results are being used to revamp Condit’s approach.
